KBSC. Our signature all-levels kettlebell strength & conditioning class. Learn to utilize kettlebells efficiently & effectively to build full-body strength, conditioning, and power.
ADVANCED KBS. *Not For Beginners* Advanced techniques. Heavy Lifts. Demanding circuits. For those who know their way around the cast iron.
POWER & CONDITIONING. This class is about developing raw, explosive power. Medicine ball slams, box jumps, explosive lifts, - this is your chance to get out some aggression with the Strength Haüs crew.
BARBELL CLUB. If you love to lift heavy, this one’s for you. This our pure-strength focused class. From deadlift to bench press, you’ll learn the ins and outs of barbell lifting.
SWING SCHOOL. Our “Kettlebell 101”. Each week we’ll highlight a different skill and dive deep into technique, leaving you with more confidence and skill working with kettlebells.
