A GROTESQUE DISPLAY OF STRENGTH

Deadlift. Overhead Press. Queer Arm Wrestling. All for an amazing cause. We are so excited to return this year for Nightmare on Juniper Street, a Halloween-themed lifting competition! This is an open competition, welcoming ALL people of ALL strength backgrounds and experience levels. This non-sanctioned event does not have weight classes or gender classes. All competitors will be organized by opening lift for deadlift, and height for overhead press.

For deadlift portion of this competition you have the option to have your lift judged according to USAPL deadlifting rules, giving you a taste of what a powerlifting meet might feel like! While the overhead press is not a part of the powerlifting sport, we wanted to bring a little strongman into the mix. Whether you are brand new to strength training or are looking to set your next PR, we are so excited to have you!

We're also so excited to have Queer Arm Wrestling with us this year! This portion of the event is open to ALL attendees, whether lifting or cheering, and will happen on a first-come-first serve basis.
